The Construction Module is an advanced Tally add-on developed by Vision Tech for builders, contractors, and construction companies. It is designed based on a Central Store to Site-wise Material Issue concept, where all materials are stored in one main godown and issued to multiple construction sites as required.
This module helps you track cement, steel, sand, bricks, and other construction materials accurately across sites, control material consumption, reduce wastage, and calculate exact project costs — all directly inside TallyPrime.
The Construction Module provides structured entries and reports to manage material flow from central store to construction sites with full control.
Record all construction material purchases such as cement, steel, sand, bricks, and other items into a Central Store (Main Godown). This is the first stage of material entry before issuing to construction sites.
Manage material returns either to suppliers or from construction sites back to the central store. Returns are linked to the original inward or issue entry for accurate stock adjustment.
Issue materials from the central store to construction sites for actual construction work. This process represents material utilization at site level.
Handle re-issue or re-adjustment of materials due to site changes, quality issues, damage, or incorrect issuance. This ensures accurate material correction without manual entries.
Track materials issued to sub-contractors or external workers for specific construction jobs such as fabrication, shuttering, electrical, or plumbing work.
Record outward movement of materials from one site to another site or back to the central store. This ensures complete control over inter-site material transfers.
